Returns policy
Our policy is to return any material that our customers are not happy with. This policy does not apply to goods that have been cut to sizes specified by the customer nor does it apply to material that has been worked on. In essence, material must be returned in a resaleable condition.

If you need to return any goods please ensure you quote the order number and send to:

Any faulty goods will be replaced. Any returns which are not as a result of a fault will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for ALL returns and to ensure they arrive back in good (ie re-saleable) condition.
