Excellent quality cut to the precise measurement and delivered very quickly
Hi Bob, Thank you for your product review. We are very pleased you liked the product and the prompt delivery.
The materials took the sublimation printing well, but was very hard to cut on a laser. I tried several times and wasted a lot of material, even on full power my Beamo (generally good for 5mm MDF) couldn't cut through it cleanly. The black on the back chipped at the edges and was generally nasty.

Thank you for taking time to submit a product review. After reading your comments we thought we would test a sheet on a 50W CO2 laser. It cut perfectly with no chipping.
We think you may be using too much power or possibly your laser may be out of focus.
Let us know if you need more sheets while you try to get the settings correct.
The 3mm mdf is excellent. Haven’t had a bad delivery. It’s always very flat.
I was pleased that Hobarts agreed to resend my product, when the first one was incorrectly delivered (due to unknown fault).
