I make model buildings for railways and war gaming. The 3mm MDF takes a paint wash without the need for priming as the surface is softer than the 2mm laser grade MDF which does. The sanded finish makes finishing stages easier.

Brilliant product. Delivered promptly. Cuts differently to clear acrylic. So do a test run on the laser first 😎🤔👍🏻
