Review given here is based on using a laser to cut out designs.
Material has a slight texture on one side and smooth on the other. Using a laser I tested cutting on the textured side. It takes a while to find the right speed/power settings to cut smoothly. In the first instance I just created a square 10mm wide and played with the settings until it cut through cleanly. If the settings are not right for your particular laser, the material will rebind on the cut as it melts. On doing more intricate cuts with cuts almost 1mm apart, the original settings were too high and had to be dialled down to prevent warping and melting. Once the settings were satisfactory, I achieved quite good results. I will use this material to create window frames for models for my personal use.
Recommend for laser cutting but ensure you get your settings right.
