is designed specifically for Hobarts for use with laser cutters and laser engravers. Unlike most other engraving laminates, it contains no ABS layer which experienced laser users know is a poor material to laser cut and achieve a good, clean finish. Laminates containing ABS are harder and really designed for CNC machinery and traditional engraving machines. Why make your laser work harder than necessary when you can use a laser-specific product?
Good quality wood, good packaging and fast shipment
I wanted some thin material to make labels, but I don't have a laser engraver.
I do have a CNC mill tho so I thought I'd give it a try. Using a 1mm cutter and 0.3mm depth, it cut perfectly.
Really good for model details like window frames, takes paint really well too
