190c for 200 seconds, but alter these settings to suit your machine.

Nice quality board that also laser cuts very cleanly
I get through a few hundred MDF/veneer sheets per year with my laser cutter, so have a lot of opportunity to compare their quality with other suppliers and other products. Overall these are very good quality, although they do seem to have a bit of a natural warp to them, and also produce a really horrible brown gummy residue that oozes down onto the cutting bed. Having said that though, the residue can easily be wiped off the finished wood product with a damp cloth.
