3.0mm Subli-felt Fabric Hexagon tiles (SFB)

SFB Hexagon Tile, 18x15.6x 0.3cm(7.08" x 6.14" x 0.12"), for sublimation. Imprint these stiff Hard felt tiles with personal artwork, brand logos, or photos. Honeycomb murals can be created for decorating appeal. 


Economical Product: High-quality felt tiles at an affordable price point, perfect for large-scale projects or small creative endeavours.


Easy to Install: Simple to mount on walls for stunning decorative effects. Create eye-catching honeycomb patterns quickly and effortlessly — ideal for accent walls, offices, homes, or event spaces.
 
SFB Hard Felt is a textile that is produced by matting, condensing, and pressing fibres together. Our sublimation SFB felt is made from synthetic fibres such as wood pulp-based rayon. Felt is also durable because many layers are interlocked in its construction. It’s water-resistant and non-toxic.
 
Sublimation printing transfers the ink directly into the felt fibres, and because it uses pigment based ink instead of dye based ink (which is water soluble) it tends to last well even after washing.

SFB can be cut using a laser cutter, plotter, die cutter, knife or scissors. It is both durable and washable

Great for custom air fresheners, door signs, wall tiles, ornaments, coasters, placemats etc.

Suggested sublimation settings:

200c for 60 seconds with light pressure and heavy weight to press a few seconds after sublimation.
