Green Cast® is a 100% recycled and 100% recyclable cast acrylic sheet with a high molecular weight. Developed for premium interior applications including doors, furniture, reception desks and retail, it is as aesthetically pleasing as it is tough.

Glossy on both sides and completely dense; it doesn’t absorb stains or cleaning products and is resistant to scratches, abrasion and UV light – a fantastic alternative to traditional materials.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent workability including thermoforming, bending, gluing and milling
  • 100% recycled & completely recyclable
  • Unique colour stability
  • UV resistant
  • Standard and custom colours available
  • Easy to clean and scratch resistant

Thickness tolerance +/- 0.7mm

Hobarts has carried out laser cutting and laser engraving tests on this new product and the results are comparable with other premium acrylic brands.

***All dimensions are nominal - sheets maybe supplied up to 3mm undersize on each edge***

UK deliveries

This product will be shipped on a next-day service by DHL. For Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote areas a DHL 48-hour service applies. Prices* start from: 
      £6.50 for up to 1kg
      £7.25 for up to 5kg
      £7.50 for up to 10kg
      £8.00 for up to 15kg
      £9.50 for up to 20kg

Then in bands of 5kg up to 200kg. From 201kg to 300kg in bands of 10kg and from 301kg in bands of 25kg
For larger orders (over 200kg), a pallet network may be used but this will be discussed with our customers first.
