Hobart were delighted to be selected as the supplier for four new laser systems for the Faculty of Engineering and Computing when they moved to their brand new facility.
Joining an existing VLS3.50 desktop system, the department chose two further VLS3.60DT desktop systems and two large VLS6.75 platform systems.
All of our laser systems, regardless of size, operate through the same laser software. The Universal Control Panel (UCP) is widely regarded as the most user friendly laser interface on the market. Here is a short video to show just how easy it is to use:
This takes the total number of systems on campus, supported by Hobarts, to 10.
