This item can be cut using a CO2 laser. You should achive very good results with our materials. If not, your laser settings may need adjusting. Please consult your user manual or the company that you bought your laser from for specific advice
Engraving
This item can be engraved using a CO2 laser. Some materials can be engraved using engraving compounds such Cermark but these are not included in this category
Marking
This item can be marked using a CO2 laser. It may be possible to mark some materials using HPDFO - High Power Density Focussing Optics but these are not included

PLA is harder than ABS, but is a more brittle. That doesn't mean that it will break easily - it is actually very strong and more likely to snap than bend. It also remains flexible for a short period of time as it cools. Additionally, PLA doesn't warp and lift on larger objects the way ABS can. Each type of polymer is better suited to different kinds of applications.
This product will be shipped on a next-day service by DHL. For Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote areas a DHL 48-hour service applies. Prices* start from:

£7.25 for up to 5kg
£7.50 for up to 10kg
£8.00 for up to 15kg
£9.50 for up to 20kg
Then in bands of 5kg up to 200kg. From 201kg to 300kg in bands of 10kg and from 301kg in bands of 25kg
For larger orders (over 200kg), a pallet network may be used but this will be discussed with our customers first.
