The Warranty covers only the hardware ( Excluding accessories, spare parts, mirrors and len’s) against defects in materials and workmanship when used as instructed in the manual.

The Warranty does NOT cover against normal wear and tear, items consumed or expended by their normal use, product misuse, accidental damage or damage caused by modifications the product.

The warranty is on a return to base arrangement, with no charges for technicians time to repair machine IF covered by the warranty.

Modification of the hardware or accessories, including but not limited to replacing parts, making permanent cosmetic changes to the machine, replacing the software or firmware or other unauthorised changes voids this warranty.

Lasers shipping information

New machines are normally airfreighted from Phoenix, Arizona to London Heathrow and then delivered to the customer by World Transport Agency Group. Sometimes new machines are held in stock by Hobarts in which case delivery is made by WTA Group or, on occasions, by our own engineers.
