LaserPlyLITE – Italian Poplar plywood grade B/BB available in 3mm, 4mm, 6mm and 9mm


LaserPlyLite plywood is produced in southern Europe. It is approximately 30% less dense than Russian Birch Ply and therefore cuts much easier especially on lower powered lasers.

In tests comparing this with Russian Birch ply, we reduced power setting by 30% and increased speed setting by 10% and achieved excellent results.

Layers/plies: 3mm and 4mm has 3 layers, 6mm has 5 layers and 9mm has 7 layers

*Larger sheets maybe available - please ask*

***All dimensions are nominal - sheets maybe supplied up to 2mm undersize on each edge***

Thickness tolerance for this product is +0.2mm/-0.4mm

Good service

Wanted to know more about the materials that they were selling as a total begginer. Rang the company and spoke to a lady called SALLY who was very good at explaining about the different woods and acrylic ,.
So after that I paced an order of which it turned up two days later which I was very suprized at. Very good service,will recommend them.
Prices a keen as well.

Very good wood

I went with this less dense wood as they were out of the normal birch ply. It certainly was a lot less dense and less heavy but was surprisingly strong. Cutting and engraving were all really easy and clean.
