1.5mm (3-ply) & 3.0mm (6-ply) Side-Pressed Natural Bamboo Sheet

1.5 mm (3-ply) and 3.0 mm (6-ply) Side-Pressed Natural Bamboo Sheet is made from fast-growing grass, making it a sustainable alternative to wood. Its several layers of bamboo fibers add additional strength and the sheet can be easily laser cut.

We are phasing out Natural Bamboo and stocking only Caramel Bamboo which is a lighter shade and quite near to the old Natural. The main reason for this is that Natural requires the use of bleach in the manufacturing process which is harmful to the environment.

Cuts well and produces to square edge. Does have occasional long splinter.

Great New To Me Material

This bamboo sheet is great for model making where the natural look of the "wood" is being shown, also it appears very flat and stable, just right for laser cutting.

Excellent Quality Bamboo Sheet

Purchase a couple of sheets to use to make some cards as gifts for people. The quality is excellent and thickness is pretty much spot on. The cards turned out really well and people have been rather impressed with their personalised gifts. A light sand and finished with some Danish oil really brings it all to life.

      £6.50 for up to 1kg
      £7.25 for up to 5kg
      £7.50 for up to 10kg
      £8.00 for up to 15kg
      £9.50 for up to 20kg

Then in bands of 5kg up to 200kg. From 201kg to 300kg in bands of 10kg and from 301kg in bands of 25kg
For larger orders (over 200kg), a pallet network may be used but this will be discussed with our customers first.
